Terms and conditions

1. The provider

2. Purpose

This website presents IMCS training programs and lets you request a seat in them (daily IMCS Academy training, custom programs and calendar events). The information on the site is for information purposes.

3. Booking

The booking form sends a booking request; it does not guarantee a seat. A booking becomes valid once IMCS confirms it by phone or email. No fee is charged when you send the request; payment and its details are agreed at confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

The price, payment method and what each program includes are communicated at confirmation, before payment.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation by the participant. Participants may request to cancel or reschedule their participation in a course under the following conditions:

• cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the course date: 100% of the amount paid is refunded;
• cancellation between 7 and 14 calendar days before the course date: 50% of the amount paid is refunded;
• cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the course date: the participation fee is not refunded.

Rescheduling.

• Participation may be rescheduled once, at no additional cost, if the request is sent at least 7 calendar days before the course starts.
• For requests received less than 7 days before the course, rescheduling may be approved subject to availability and may involve administrative fees.

No-show. If a participant does not attend the course without prior notice, the participation fee is not refunded and cannot be transferred to a future session.

Cancellation by the organiser. In exceptional situations that require the organiser to cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be able to:

• attend a future session;
• receive a voucher for the full amount paid;
• request a full refund of the amount paid.

By enrolling in the course, the participant confirms that they have read and accept these conditions.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, including the exceptions provided by law. The details applicable to each booking are communicated at confirmation.

7. Participation and safety

Participants must follow instructors' directions and the safety rules. The participation conditions specific to each course (age, fitness, equipment, documents) are sent to each participant individually, by email or WhatsApp, before the course starts. For minor participants, the booking is made by a parent or guardian.

8. Personal data and cookies

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and materials on this site belong to IMCS or are used with permission. Reproducing them without our written consent is not permitted.

10. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites (for example Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, IMCS Tactical Store). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send a complaint to contact@imcsacademy.ro. As a consumer you may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) body within ANPC: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent Romanian courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the one in force.
